Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration:
    • By registering for the online class, participants agree to provide accurate and complete information.
    • Registrations are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Payment:
    • Payment is required to secure a spot in the class.
    • Payments are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by Blossoming Believers.
  3. Attendance:
    • Participants are responsible for joining the class at the specified date and time.
    • Latecomers may not be admitted and will not be eligible for refunds.
  4. Intellectual Property:
    • All class materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Blossoming Believers and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.
  5. Code of Conduct:
    • Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the instructor and fellow participants.
    • Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.
  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    • Blossoming Believers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements may be offered like a make-up class.
  7. Liability:
    • Blossoming Believers is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the class, whether physical or otherwise.
    • Participants join the class at their own risk.
  8. Modification of Terms:
    • Blossoming Believers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
  9. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the England and Wales.
